    Do you restock sold-out items?

    We currently operate online only, but we ship nationwide with fast, secure delivery to bring the Vogue & Vibee experience to your door.

    We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You'll pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep—simple and secure.

    What’s your return policy?

    We offer hassle-free returns within 6 days of delivery. Watches must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

    Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

    Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, processing begins and changes may not be possible.

    My watch arrived damaged—what should I do?

    We're so sorry! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

    How long does it take to process a return?

    Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 3–5 business days to inspect and process your refund.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    Yes, we accept exchanges for the same item in a different color or style (if available) or for store credit. Reach out to initiate the process.
